Ages: Group 1: 10U / 12U players Group 2: 14U / 16U players

  • Duration: 1 Week (Monday through Thursday)
  • Cost: $550
  • Includes:
    • 2 On Ice and Off Ice Sessions per day
    • Grind Camp jersey 
    • Daily lunch

What You’ll Experience

On-Ice Sessions

Each on-ice session is designed to replicate game intensity and prepare you for the fast-paced nature of competitive hockey. Here’s what you can expect on the ice:

  • Speed and Endurance Drills
  • High-Tempo Battle Drills and Scrimmages
  • Position-Specific Training
  • Competitive Situations to Sharpen Decision-Making

These drills are tailored to push your limits, making sure you’re game-ready for the puck drop at the start of the season.

Goalies- Will specifically work with our goalie coach during first on ice session of each day. 

Off-Ice Training

Grind Camp’s off-ice sessions are just as demanding as the on-ice drills. We’ll work on building strength, agility, and recovery to ensure you’re physically prepared for every shift on the ice:

  • Strength and Power Circuits
  • Speed and Agility Sessions
  • Leadership Challenges and Team Building
  • Recovery Protocols (Stretching, Mobility Work, etc.)

Whether you’re improving your overall strength or fine-tuning specific muscle groups, our off-ice training sessions are designed to complement your on-ice performance.
